Erin Perry

A little over 17 years ago, I was recruited to join an RPO, an industry I knew nothing about at the time. Eager to make a career change from education, I interviewed at what was then a small start-up and met the CEO, a passionate woman who would go on to change the course of my career. Though I was unfamiliar with the concept of RPO, I was inspired by her enthusiasm for her work and company.

 

Driven by a strong desire to solve problems and create stability, I specialize in building large-scale change programs grounded in simple yet effective methodologies. I design and develop programs and functions that empower my clients to achieve success.I have had the great privilege of working with clients across various industries and around the globe, assisting them in restructuring, centralizing, implementing, launching, and stabilizing change. Each client presents a unique challenge and helping them create sustainable solutions is incredibly rewarding.

 

I am a lifelong Midwest resident, currently living in beautiful Madison, WI, with my daughter and our hedgehog.

The 'B' in BelleSage stands for my spunky little girl, Bowie. I have a passion for music, enjoy spending time outdoors, camping with friends and family, visiting the farmers market, and, most of all, I love to eat.
